DETOXIFYING SHAKE TO SHAPE UP YOUR HEALTH







Have you ever wondered the secrets behind body detoxing or even weight loss? Well, here is a simple do it yourself remedy which will get you on your way to a healthier lifestyle.

Keep in mind, you don't need to change your diet, rather look at this as a health transition to reset your body. Try to throw out any junk food that may be tempting you though.

Keep track of your start date, your goals, what you blend together and how often.

 This is great to do year round & for sure during the beginning when the seasons change since our bodies do as well.

As a young woman, I would hope that my health is in tip top shape. Unfortunately I was suffering from insomnia, migraines, anxiety & stress problems for quite some time. I've been battling with skin problems for well over 15 years as well and I was lacking natural vitamins.

 I've been making myself this smoothie since the beginning of February-2013, one glass a day and the difference I feel in my body is amazing. After about a month of steadily drinking my shake is when I started to feel a significant boost in energy levels & my digestive system corrected itself. I know this is due to the detoxifying properties the fruits and vegetables have.


A month and half into my daily routine, I stated noticing the decrease with migraine headaches, my skin was more radiant, I now sleep like a baby(7-8 hours straight), this feels phenomenal!

The vitamins my body was lacking are now ideal, I  feel much more balanced, peaceful and focused.

For women who suffer from hormonal problems, menopause, stress or anxiety this will also help your body become harmonized. Not only am I doing this, but my Mom has joined in. She has noticed a significant difference with her previous acid reflux problems, gas, acidity, joint pains and lost over 10 pounds in the first two months.

Let's get started!

 All you need is a blender, fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and powders of your choice. I will give you a list of items that I personally use

Supplies: A good blender, not the ones that keep the pulp separate. This is the vital part of the smoothie.

Fruits: blueberries(handful), strawberries(4), blackberries(handful), raspberries(handful),one green apple, half a pear,half a mango, pineapple pieces, pomegranate seeds, watermelon, honeydew, half banana, papaya, figs,cranberries(handful), Goji berries(handful), grapefruit, kiwi

Veggies: 2 celery sticks, whole carrot, handful of kale, handful of spinach, handful of mushrooms for belly fat, 2 baby cucumbers, beetroot, cilantro, bit of broccoli and cauliflower

Other Ingredients: I sometimes add these in when I change it up, just need about half a tea spoon of the powders

Half lemon, 1 spoon of flaxseed, 1 piece of garlic,  few almonds, cashews, Ayurvedic powders of Manjishta for purifying the blood, Neem as a sugar control & to reduce heat in the system, Turmeric for the skin, liver & kidneys, Saffron for energy, Mint leaves for stomach disorders & a handful of Quinoa seeds

Add half glass of water and half of coconut water, blend and enjoy.
