GINGER, FENNEL SEED & CARDAMOM DECOCTION 
A recipe decoction that is great for digestion, Pitta and Vata people may take with milk. For Kapha, take alone or with raw honey as a sweetener
INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups of boiled water
 - A handful of fresh grated ginger
 - Cane Sugar
 - Pinch of fennel Seeds
 - A few cardamom pods or powder
 - Green tea leaves
 
Directions:
Boil 4 cups of boiling water. Add lots of fresh grated ginger, cane sugar, pinch of fennel seeds, a few cardamom pods or powder and a few green tea leaves. Boil until there is 1 cup remaining, remove from heat and serve.

I have been drinking this decoction for over a week now & I already feel a difference in my metabolism, simple and easy recipe!
